Delivery Promise Pack
"We have no basis for promising a delivery date when we take an order"
We don't sell MES or SCM by the piece. We sell packs: 2–3 modules and the seam between them, bundled around «one business problem». The first is the Delivery Promise Pack — ₩8.64M a year, 4-week standard build. And the 3D factory game is free forever, no sign-up.
Sell modules one at a time and the differentiation disappears; sell all 12 at once and nothing sells. So we sell «the smallest unit that contains a seam»: the pack. It is deliberate that no pack name contains MES or SCM.
"We have no basis for promising a delivery date when we take an order"
"When a machine stops, we only find out in the afternoon which orders are late"
"A defect occurred and we don't know which customer shipments it reached"
"Inventory and production live in separate worlds"
"Machines never idle, yet lead times keep growing"
"We have many systems, but none of them talk to each other"
What the game sells is not features but «the pain of not being connected». A problem erupts and you can't find the cause because nothing is connected → switch the connection on and find it in 2 seconds. That drop is the game's only purpose.
The rule is one line — «paid from the moment your company data goes in». Show too much in the game and people say "I've seen enough" and don't buy; show too little and they don't understand and don't buy.
Virtual factory · sample data only. Scenario play · seam experience · case reading · one-page diagnostic report. Email only when you request the report.
A «your factory» edition loaded with the customer's real master data. Read-only mirror. Trains staff during the 4-week build so they use it on opening day.
Real data · real transactions · real delivery and defect rates. All revenue comes from here. Pack price = list price of the modules you don't own × 0.8.
Pack price = (list price of the modules you don't yet own) × 0.8. Modules you already own are not charged. The moment a customer sees «owned-module deduction −₩4.8M» on the first line of the second quote, the reason for a third purchase is born.

This is not an educational imitation. Production MES · APS · FMEA · SPC · work analysis · PLM · SCM · WMS · costing · groupware · equipment IoT are installed in the game as the real service modules, and a pack bundles 2–3 of them with the seam.
2D layout is the source, 3D is derived. Drag and the logistics distance updates live; overlay a ghost to compare two options.
Preview screen →Drop an order onto the finite-capacity Gantt to schedule it; overlap and the server rejects it. Bottlenecks become visible.
Preview screen →MO release → SFC good/scrap → operator POD. The real MES module, unchanged.
Preview screen →Bombs on forecast processes cost the normal loss; unforecast ones carry a 1.5× surcharge. Real bomb history corrects O·D.
Preview screen →Xbar-R · Cpk · ML forecasting · XAI diagnosis. Catch the trend before scrap piles up.
Preview screen →Tag VA/NVA in the video and adopt ECRS countermeasures. Only the server knows the answer segments.
Preview screen →3D logistics derived from 2D. Crossing bottlenecks and transport round trips are converted into tokens.
Preview screen →Virtual sensors and real PLCs use the same topic convention. Cross a threshold and a bomb goes off.
Preview screen →Sales order → purchasing → trade → subcontracting. Every voucher flows into the token ledger.
Preview screen →Pre/post costing and month-end close. The team's decisions come back as profit and loss.
Preview screen →Rack generation · count adjustments · picking verification. When stock is off, delivery wobbles.
Preview screen →Pick the BOM from the 3D shape. Miss the seal kit and you get a cannot-assemble bomb.
Preview screen →Approval waiting time ticks by the second. Let it sit and money leaks.
Preview screen →Connects your existing ERP · MES · machines into a knowledge graph, and Qwen control answers questions. "You keep every system you already use. We just connect them."
In the game, bottlenecks, threshold breaches and cannot-assemble errors explode as bombs and are settled in tokens — a device to feel the pain of disconnection first.
In the Training Edition you open sessions on your own company master data and train staff. Auto-grading · per-team contribution.
Delivery Promise → Machine Impact → Defect Tracing → Material Flow → Ontology. CEO or plant manager can approve; around ₩10M.
Enter through the ontology connection layer and fill only the missing modules. IT executives, from ₩50M.
They installed the machines and systems, yet the customer's staff can't use them — every integrator's shared homework. Bundle the Training Edition and packs as the training and integration module of their implementation package: they win more bids, we gain 2,310 sales channels with no sales force. 30% reseller margin · no sales quota. Globally, certified partners at 35%, starting with Korean-owned overseas plants.
Reading is free (marketing); «applying to my environment» is paid (revenue). Mix the two and you lose both.
We only sell packs. The differentiator is not the completeness of each module but the «seam» between them; buy a single module and you stop at an ordinary WMS without experiencing it. The pack is the smallest unit that contains a seam in the first purchase.
Pack price = list price of the modules you don't yet own × 0.8. Modules you already own are not charged. Production MES is in three packs and planning in two, so the second and third packs keep getting cheaper.
Yes. Free forever, no sign-up. The only paid boundary is «the moment your company data goes in». We ask for an email only when you request the report.
The Delivery Promise Pack is a 4-week standard: weeks 1–2 master data cleanup, week 3 seam integration and CTP rules, week 4 validation on 3 real orders and training. Staff practise in the Training Edition during those 4 weeks.
The Delivery Promise Pack fits within the basic cap (up to ₩30M): your cost about ₩10.3M. Advanced 1 is Machine Impact + Defect Tracing; Advanced 2 is Material Flow + Ontology Control. Support money is «one more pack», not a discount.
Yes. Universities, training institutes and corporate training teams that use the game in their curriculum subscribe per team (Free Lab · Team · Campus). The first cohort (up to 12 weeks) is free without a card. Institution pricing →
